Refund policy

We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Refunds will only be issued if the same alternative item is not available.

Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our warehouse:

Basement Rabi Centre, D ground, Faisalabad.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

A 15% administrative cost plus delivery charges will be deducted from the total purchase value for refunds.

Refund requests will be processed within 7–15 working days after receiving the returned products.
